Redispersible Polymer Powder is the most important binder in cement-based, gypsum-based dry powder materials.

Redispersible Polymer Powder is a water-soluble dispersible powder, which is divided into ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer, vinyl acetate/tertiary vinyl carbonate copolymer, acrylic copolymer, and so on, and the powder adhesive is made by spray drying, and the polyvinyl alcohol is used as the protective colloid. This powder can be quickly re-dispersed into emulsion after contact with water, due to the high bonding capacity and unique properties of re-dispersible latex powder.

  1. Raw material preparation: Prepare the main raw materials, including polymer emulsion, additives, stabilizers, etc.. Ensure that the quality of raw materials meets the production requirements.

2. Emulsification reaction: Mix the polymer emulsion and additives in the reactor and prepare the emulsion through emulsification reaction.

3. The emulsion is put through the drying equipment to evaporate the water and make the emulsion into powder form.
